Nature of Business

Summit Optics is an online retail store offering consumer eyewear, sunglasses, lifestyle glasses, accessories, and related products. We are not a licensed optometry clinic, medical provider, or emergency service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are non-prescription consumer goods.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, features, descriptions, images, prices, promotions, availability, shipping details, and return rules accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, supplier updates, product revisions, or inventory changes. We may correct errors and cancel or refund orders affected by obvious mistakes.

Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is clearly shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, or government charges are displayed at checkout when Shopify or the payment provider can calculate them.
