How to Exercise Withdrawal

Email contact@summitopticsco.com with your order number, name, delivery address, the item you want to return, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw or cancel under applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label. Summit Optics does not pay customer return shipping costs unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refund Timing

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds will be processed according to the timing required by applicable law after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return shipment, as applicable.
